What you can expect
Our office is easily located in Waltham Square in Brockville’s north end, with plenty of parking close to our front door. The entry is on ground level providing our patients with wheelchair accessible parking and washrooms. Upon entering our naturally-lit reception area you can expect to be greeted with smiling faces. The atmosphere is very peaceful and friendly, allowing for an overall more pleasant experience. Your personal and health care information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We genuinely care about each and every patient feeling their absolute best. We respect people’s time and do not purposely overbook, however, sometimes emergencies occur and we may run a little behind.

Our Patients
Your Initial Visit will take 30-60 minutes. This appointment will involve: forms to be filled in, a collection of your health history, a physical examination, obtaining access to reports such as X-rays from other facilities, and possibly communicating with other health-care providers. All of this will assist us in determining a diagnosis and cause of your presenting complaint. In almost all cases, we can provide some form of treatment on the first visit to start you on the road to recovery.
On your second visit, we will review the Report of Findings and you will receive a full treatment. Your personalized treatment plan will be discussed with you so you have a clear understanding of your condition and how we can help.
Our facility includes 3 Massage Therapy rooms that are nicely lit and play soft music to provide added relaxation while you receive your massage. As well, 6 Chiropractic treatment rooms are provided for a more efficient and unhurried treatment, allowing you to get the most benefit from your treatment.
