At Brockville Chiropractic and Health Associates, you will always receive the most appropriate treatment in a timely manner for a fair fee. We do our best to make our services easy to pay for – in that, we accept: cash, cheque, debit, Visa and Mastercard.
Many extended health insurance companies provide coverage for Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy and custom-made orthotics. We will be pleased to give you an insurance company questionnaire form that the office has created to help you contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage.
Also, our practitioners are qualified to accept motor vehicle accident injuries and we are a recognized provider for Chiropractic services by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (work-related injuries).
These agencies can be billed directly when appropriate.
All fees are discussed at the commencement of care and mutually acceptable financial plans can be arranged.
